Photo by Jim Barnes<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The heavy hauls along Route 15 have ended.<\/p>\n<p>While most of us were sleeping, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/local\/heavy-equipment-hauls-on-route-15-in-n-virginia-have-ended\/2016\/03\/25\/7704f568-f297-11e5-89c3-a647fcce95e0_story.html\" target=\"_blank\">hundreds of tons of heavy machinery have been rumbling slowly through Prince William and Loudoun counties <\/a>and across the southern edge of Leesburg.
